Patients are seen by appointment.  However, walk-ins are welcome and are worked-in as seemlessly as possible.  You may find it helpful to come in a few minutes early so that the front office can have you ready to see your provider on time.  Typically, your first visit to the office will take a bit longer than follow up visits.  Please have your current insurance, Medicare or TennCare Card available at each visit.  If for any reason you are uable to keep your appointment, please call our office as soon as possible preferably at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Please read your insurance policy carefully to understand your benefits.  We will help you file claim for the coverage you have.  However, please remember that ultimately it is your responsibility to pay any balance on your account after the insurance company has paid its part.  The non covered services, co-payments and deductibles are due on the day of the service. 

If you do not have insurance, full payment is required on the day of service.
